NPCScan предназначен для отслеживания нпс, которые необходимы для выполнения достижений. С этим аддоном можно забыть про макросы вида /цель <имя моба>. Вам не нужно делать что-либо особенное, просто играйте, а аддон сам будет следить за наличием монстров в непосредственной близости от вам.

Как только вы обнаруживаете монстра для задания, то это фиксируется в файле creaturecache.wdb и вы не сможете больше задать поиск на него. Чтобы исправить это почистите кэш-файл, которым пользуется аддон: в папке World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\ruRU (enGB для обладателей европейского аккаунта) удалите файл creaturecache.wdb.
